[Foss4g2008loc] RE: FOSS4G2008 Extension of abstract submissiondate.doc

I can't recall what the 'limit' was for FOSS4G2007
for presentation abstracts, but as far as I know
we didn't just discard "short" abstracts. The
Lessons Learned page makes no mention of the
abstract length being an issue:
