Folks,

For what it's worth, there is no way I'm going to puff up my abstracts
to meet some arbitrary lower limit.  I'd rather present nothing than get
jerked around like that.

So, be wary of alienating those you are hoping will come to do presentations.

For workshops the investment on the side of conference in providing facilities
is greater, and the compensation to the presenter (ie. reduced/free entrance)
is greater, so some more requirements are ok.
