Janelle,
With regards to the logo, we have had a mixture of opinions which I'll 
summarise as:
We would like to use the logo 3b. It is simple and has key logo elements 
(ribbon and Opera house). We have concerns that it seems a little 
"cartoonish" in the way it is spiked and wonder whether the ribbon could 
be smoothed a little.
