[Foss4g2009] FOSS4G OC Meetings

Dear Organising Committee,

 

Tour Hosts would also like to set up regular meetings with the FOSS4G
2009 OC. We think that it would be a good idea to have them separate to
the ones that you are scheduling to run every 3 weeks. As this will give
you time to discuss things such as the program, integration show case
etc in your meetings and the meeting with us will include the aspects
that we are working with you to achieve such as sponsorship and
exhibition, venue, etc.  

 

We would like to schedule these meetings to be the 1st Monday of every
month (starting in December) at 12.00 middy Sydney time
