[Foss4g2009] wesbite changes

Not sure if you've made any progress on this since I was away last  
week, but you can start to see why having some CMS would be so  
helpful - then you can focus on editing content through the browser.   
That is one benefit of using a conference management tool that has a  
CMS component.
