[Foss4g2009] Setting schedule in stone for labs/workshops/tutorials for Foss4g2009 - please vote

Pay the money for the PC hire. 

Avoid any technical problems through people not being able to set up
their laptops.

Let people leave with a good feeling that all is rosy in the world.
