[Foss4g2009] FOSS4G 2009 Website

I'm not exactly a marketer, but for sure the www.foss4gYYYY.org is 
KNOWN, so many will just assume that is the case.  I'm fine with using 
www.foss4g.org/YYYY/ for all new marketing materials, but I vote to 
redirect www.foss4gYYYY.org to it.
