[Foss4g2009] Schedule for "Call for Registration"

Hi,

I've created and initial draft of the updated text for the home page.  I
have put this on the wiki so it is easy for people to edit and make
suggestions.  I am not precious about what I have written, so please
feel free to edit and/or make suggestions.  It needs some words for the
keynotes, perhaps highlighting the big name keynotes - can someone
(Cameron?) add some words around that please?

I propose the following needs to be done before FOSS4G registration:

Fri 25 April: OSGeo board approves budget

Mon 27 April: Press release complete and handed to translators:

Wed 29 April: Registration web pages ready.

Sat 2 May: Finish website cleanup & review, add all workshop & tutorial 
speakers, add some session chair names and broad topics,  adjust sales 
message to have business focus

Mon 4 May: Press release sent out

Have I missed anything?
