[Foss4g2009] Membership on the Organizing Committee

I feel that the FOSS4G Organizing Committee's membership
should consist only of those who are "actively" working
on the organization of the conference.

With my resignation as Treasurer, and the fact that
I haven't been keeping up with the FOSS4G 2009 emails,
I think it is appropriate that I move that I be removed
from the FOSS4G 2009 Organizing Committee.

I think it best if anyone who "isn't active" nominate
themselves for removal, and explain why, because
then the situation is clear for the other Organizing
Committee members.
