After a chat with Frank, it seems like the best bet is to just let the
project representatives fight for presentation sessions with the rest of
the presenters and cut the project reports from the AGM. Further, we
should provide a summary of local chapter activity and restrict the
number of chapters that are actually invited to speak. We can have an
informal request process for that. We don't have too many committees,
so as long as we keep them within their time, that shouldn't be too bad.
So maybe:
State of OSGeo 10m
Local Chapter Summary 10m
Local Chapter Reports 10-15m 2-3 invited speakers
Committee reports 15m
Sponsors 10m
Open Q&A/Debate/Panel 20m
AMG 90-95 minutes
Does that seem too optimistic or restrictive?
