This is a very good point. To try and clarify my understanding it
should read more like this:
User Level (choose one):
○ Beginner
○ Advanced: Non-developer
○ Advanced: Developer
This was copied from the 2007 template, so I'm not sure if this was the
intent then, but it's what I've expected. This then begs the question,
can we have "Beginner: Developer" workshops or tutorials?
