[Foss4g2009] Workshop / Tutorial Submission Templates

Mark,
I've finally reviewed the Tutorial and Workshop templates, and they look
very professional. Nice work.
I've added a couple of comments, primarily asking presenters to outline
their requirements from the CCIP and LiveDVD and whether they are
prepared to help test/support the creation of these.
