[Foss4g2009] Paper called "Invitation from the organizer"

Dear all,

In the Embassy in my Country for give me the VISA, has solicited one certificate called "Confirmation register from the seminar organizer" o "Invitation from the organizer"


For this, i have 2 questions:
1.- Somebody know who is the person that have to send me the certificate.
2.- In another embassy is the same method
