I think we need a few more fields.  Organisation will be important for 
anyone whose organisation is paying the bills, and makes it easier to 
scan presentation lists if you know the company but not the name.  Bio 
is also going to be important for the volunteers introducing presenters. 
  I would rather get those up front and allow people to ensure people 
aren't putting them together while the person before them talks.

I'm not overly concerned with the urls, so I'll let those that are 
comment on this.

There really isn't much text to read at the moment :)
Is there a way to have Author and email autopopulated from the user 
information?
