[Foss4g2009] Workshops - Open to anyone?

[FOSS4G OC - Tour Hosts]

Good Afternoon All,

Following on from Paul and Mark's below comments, Cameron would like to
raise the question as to who is able to attend the workshops. The two
options are 
1) Only registered Conference delegates can attend
2) Anyone can attend 

Historically the workshops were open to conference delegates only and to
sponsors of the conference. 

FYI - It is more cost effective to have workshops open to conference
delegates only. 

Please confirm by this Wednesday 25th March.
