[Foss4g2009] FOSS4G Organisors / Tour Hosts meeting on Wednesday

We have had a few new people offering their services, and some old 
committee members taking on more than they need to.

What I'd like to do at this upcoming meeting is get a status of what 
tasks we currently have on our plate, and then give some of our new 
volunteers the opportunity to select tasks which best suits their 
skillsets and interests.

Could we start by getting the current "todo" list up to date. Cross off 
what has already been done. Add tasks that you know of which still need 
to be done.
