[Foss4g2009] Welcome to Country

Cameron,

Something that I think we have missed in our planning that would be
appropriate for FOSS4G-2009 is a brief "Welcome to Country" ceremony
conducted by an appropriate Aboriginal elder similar to that done at WALIS
last year.

Timing of course will be an issue...
