+1 Yea adding a field asking presenters if they would like to be
considered for inclusion in the academic track would make sense.
If they say yes we also need to add a blurb showing the deadlines for
submission as per:
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/FOSS4G_2009_Call4papers
Then someone will have to chase up presenters if they miss a deadline
