[Foss4g2010] Sponsorship Prospectus [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Just to add some detail to the conversation. Bruce and I discussed  
that even if we didn't make CCIP an *integral* part of FOSS4G2010, we  
would still advocate for OGC and open source CCIP 2010 participants to  
highlight their CCIP 2010 work in FOSS4G 2010 workshops,  
presentations, and booths.
