Hi all, Eric,

If I have to choose between the two concepts presented on the wiki page,
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/FOSS4G_2011_Logo , I'd choose the second one. The
first one looks more like a graph, a depressing graph.

'2011' is shown twice. It can be removed from the dates line.
The squiggly lines for mountains can be a bit bolder.

My two cents worth.
