[Foss4g2013] Workshop submissions confirmation

Hi Jo,
Thanks for the quick response! 
Just writing this because it is nice to know a submission did not get lost in space :-) And Friday may be a little tight to notice the submission actually failed considering it is a holiday in a number of countries and Monday is beyond the deadline.
