[Foss4g2013] FOSS4G Cookbook

Not promising but I hope that this year's LOC will pitch in  after the event and capture much of their experience from FOSS4G 2013, lessons learnt, best practice etc.

That said having the last conference chair (Peter Batty) on our LOC has been like having an audio cookbook to hand :)
