[foss4g2014] computer labs for conference next year

The one sticky requirement might be the ability to boot from a DVD or
thumb drive
Lots of workshops like to use the OSGeo_live DVD... I think, we should
find out what ends up happening in Nottingham!
Given that, we'll have some data about requirements by the end of September.
