[foss4g2014] Proposal: move meeting up one week

I'm in class until 6:30 on Mondays and Wednesdays this term.
I get done teaching on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 this term.

I will read the proposals and give feedback to Darrel (or the list if I
think it's appropriate/important enough) before the meeting, since I can't
attend,
