[foss4g2014] Proposal: move meeting up one week

When Darrell said "move the meeting up one week to the 8th" he meant
"move it up 6 days to the previous Tuesday, 10/8 instead of Monday
10/7".

Should we consider Tuesday for all the meetings?  How is Tuesday for everyone?

I'm fine with either day.
