[FOSS4G2015] Question about Presenters Registration

When the FOSS 2015 email says that at least one presenter has to be
registered, this doesn't mean the paid conference attendance, correct?
Just that the presenters need an account on the system?

If all presenters have to be early registered, then I guess I'll need to
drop out. I won't even be close to approved by that time (the Sept 2
time will be hard enough).
