[FOSS4G2016] spontaneous planning meeting today

Hi LOC!

Today there was the workshop to initialize the "Bonner GeoSummer" (who 
ever has a better naming, please shout!)

We, the LOC, participated with 4 persons (Martin Arimont, Uli 
Rothstein, Torsten Brassat and me) and we had a small FOSs4G plannings 
meeting here @terrestris afterwards.

We also agreed to write down our aims to a GeoSummer of Bonn into the 
WIKI, so first I created a WIKI page to be filled:

I come back to you these days and sum up the rough ideas about what the 
Geosummer should/could be.
