Hi Till,

I've given permissions for your OSGeo user ID ("tadams") for Subversion. 
  (now you can create folders, upload files through SVN to 
http://svn.osgeo.org/osgeo/foss4g/2016/).  You can also delete those 2 
existing folders if you wish.  Thank you for saving your files! :)

Note that I see that you have 2 OSGeo user ID's ("tadam" and 
"tilladams").  I used the tadams one.
