[FOSS4G2016] LOC mailadresses

Volker,

AFAIK this is a mailing list serverd by a list-server. The forwarding 
of 2016.foss4g.org to our Jiffy took three weeks and we are always 
dependent on the admins of OSGEO.
Same s*** as being dependent on the admins of FOSSGIS ;-)
No shame on them, but it's simply not their job caring about our 
conference stuff.

I'd really prefer having this in my/our hands. Having the same 
mailadress and URL is not that issue in my eyes. The domain 
foss4g2016.org could point to the official website (2016.foss4g.org), so 
that's fine.

The dramatic costs (20 € :-)) will be taken over by FOSSGIS, Marco will 
register the domain on our existing FOSSGIS account anyway.

I don't see any problem with that.
