[FOSS4G2016] Twitter Account

Hi list,

this weekend I'd just thought about creating a twitter account for our 
"foss4g2016". I can go ahead and we can share the login with the PR & 
Marketing team.
But the earlier we start, the more postential followers we could get.
I can create an emailaccount socialmedia at foss4g2016.org" for this as 
well.

Anybody prefering having a fb/g+ account as well? As I am one of the 
last "no-fb'lers" of this world, I'd like anybody else to do that...
