[FOSS4G2016] regulars FOSSGIS table Bonn migrates to "FOSS4G Orga-Team meetings"

Dear list,

Astrid just pointed out, that the 3rd of June will overlap with the
Bolsena codesprint, where some of the Bonn people will participate and
also, that the 4th of June is bank holiday.

So I suggest to shift to the date for our first meeting to 10th of June.
