[FOSS4G2016] Hotels in Bonn

Hi LOC (and Jeff ;-)),

I've attached a list I received from Bonn Tourismus GmbH. Hotels, 
contingents and prices per night are listed. Could anyone feeling 
qualified (and possibly who was involved in former foss4g events) have a 
look at this and comment, if that is enough (615 rooms blocked all 
together).
All hotels are in Bonn and with booking over Bonn Tourismus every guest 
gets a free ticket for public transport for the whole area (up to 
Cologne and south of Bonn).
