What is the "Conference package"?

Who designs it, what does it cost internally?

Hinrich and I would like to start concrete sponsorship acquisition but
before knowing what the "Conference Package" eintails, how are we going
about this.

Could you please fix this in today's IRC meeting and let the list know
waht the "Conference package" is?
