For Seoul team, "Conference package” means conference kits is composed of conference bags, t-shirts, programme book, OSGeo Live USB, MICE card  and others. Seoul team gave sponsors from gold level an opportunity to put their marketing material to conference kits. However no gold sponsors asked this except Seoul Metropolitan Government which provided MICE card.

I don’t know actually who did it. since Seoul team also almost copy & pasted the sponsorship package from FOSS4G 2014 and 2013 webpage.
