[FOSS4G2016] Updates on program for PR needed

If you can, avoid committing to stuffing conference bags with all the stuff provided by your sponsors - it is a nightmare task to stuff 1000 bags with leaflets, magazines and gifts from 20+ sponsors (who never get the right stuff to the right place on time). We had tables by reception where delegates could pick the leaflets that they wanted - less hassle, less wastage

Seoul team gave sponsors from gold level an opportunity to put their marketing material to conference kits. However no gold sponsors asked this except Seoul Metropolitan Government which provided MICE card.
