[FOSS4G2016] Updates on program for PR needed

Yes, I think we do need to find a middle path of having marketing
material distributed right into the pockets of our attendees and at the
same time not bothering folks too much plus having a green conference.

I like the idea of reserving the bit of the Conference Packages for high
level sponsors. We can work with them closely to a) have a useful
marketing item and b) have a recycle / reuse option in place. Our
FOSSGIS conference also aims at becoming a "green conference" so this is
not totally alien to us.
