[FOSS4G2016] LocationTech collab For Bonn?

Hello all,

I’m in favour of any kinds of collaboration that can achieve OSGeo’s mission, that is “… support the collaborative development of open source geospatial software, and promote its widespread use.” And I believe the collaboration with LocationTech will help to achieve the OSGeo’s mission as well.

We don’t need to be too protective toward collaboration and need to be more inclusive and open. If OSGeo tries to build its own castle, that might be the start point of collapse I think.

Best regards,
