[FOSS4G2016] sponsorship is out !!!

Hi Jeff,

all comments are welcome ;-)
It's good that these are onyl a few. I put that doc together today in a 
hurry but really wanted to start with the call today.

I'll change that on monday, as I ahev all the stuff in my office and 
already at home for now ;-)
