[FOSS4G2016] Regarding 10th anniversary

Hi Anton, Till,

Your event is 100% the 10th anniversary of OSGeo's FOSS4G event.  No 
problem with your branding.  I'm sure the fellow founders, Venka, 
Markus, and myself, would not mind this branding, in fact would 
encourage it.  If you want to get technical, the FOSS4G founders (Venka, 
Markus, myself) actually celebrated the 10-year-by-calendar-date at 
FOSS4G-Asia in Bangkok, in 2014.
