[FOSS4G2016] Redmine questions

Hello LOC, 

 

As you all may have noticed I finaly found my way in the Redmine system ;-)

A question regarding Redmine:

In every issue-card there is (in the lower left) a "target version". No idea
what thuis means, or why I should use it. Any clue?
