[FOSS4G2016] Logo: Where is BONN?

Hi Anton, @list,

many thanks again for all the work you have done on the weekend!

One thing: If we don't rely on IRC voting results, we do not get things 
in motion in the long run.
Of course it's not always possible for everybody to join our meeting, 
but I think IRC is the panel where we make decisions of broader 
interest.

So, the vote yesterday is binding ;-)
