[FOSS4G2016] timeline hidden on website

Hi all,

At last week's OpenGIS event in Russia I had many questions about the 
timeline for 2016 (when is call for papers etc.).  Personally, I find 
the timeline (scroll down on http://2016.foss4g.org/index.php/home.html) 
very difficult to find (I found myself clicking on "Schedule" and 
"Participating" menus).  Maybe a sub-link of "Important Dates" could be 
added to the "Schedule" page?   Just a thought.
