[FOSS4G2016] Early Bird with FOSS4G?

Hi Gert-Jan,

FOSSGIS has no early bird I guess. I think early bird does only make a 
difference, if the difference in costs is really high. But that causes 
other problems on the other side.

We should discuss this issue next week, also with Mr. Seyffert, who 
really has experience on that
