I think accommaodation and conference fee is fine. that's a package of
around €1000/grantee

Both. We have 10K$, call for private donations, also Christoph seeks
for funders, but we'll have to close fund raising at a certain time.

I'd like t osay, that applicaiton is possible until 31st of May, then
