[FOSS4G2016] [Program] Trim down meeting 2

Hi Program-Committee,

thanks for your time to attend the meeting. We are almost half way
through I guess :) We need another meeting where we finalize the
selection and group it together in rough topics.

For that I created another Doodle. I would expect again that such a
meeting would take about 3h (if you have less time, that's fine, better
join short than not at all :)
