[FOSS4G2016] website: "Your ideas board" on the website is finally up and running.

Hi all,

thanks GJ for this feature. I think it'll be better placed under the 
submenu "Building Bridges" which needs some content anyhow ;-).

Could the homepage team just move the board there - and then we twitter 
it out.
