[FOSS4G2016] [Program] Accept/decline email draft

Hi,

wouldn't write this:

"Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any additional discount to
presenters. However, ..."

Instead:

" for people having problems to attend FOSS4G on a regular base, we've 
setup a travel grant programme. Please check carefully, whether the 
defined rules fit to you before applying."

I guess we definitely need to have the content of #293 on the website 
before you send out the mails. So please keep contact to me/homepage 
team.


Also, for the declined presenters, please point to our "demo theatre2 
and the possibility to present their work/projects there without having 
to apply. Will call out the demo theatre soon.
