Dear LOC!

thanks to Carmen, who imported my sheet into google docs - makes things 
easier. I've translated and updated the plan so far, I guess the 
workshop team already inserted their times and schedule.

It would be grat, if we could add as many fixed dates into the plan as 
popssible. So especially to the following teams my urgent request to 
insert your fixed dates/todos into the plan:

- PR & M / Press (media conference)
- Social Events (Martin!)
- Code Sprint

And also please Charlotte, have an "alloverview"-eye on it and don't 
hesitate to correct things!
