[FOSS4G2016] IRC chat today 18 p.m. CET: chair

Just as Till I will be travelling by train around 18h (with a train-change
around that time).

So I'd rather see anybody with a reliable connection to take the chair.

I'll try to join mobile, hopefully more succesfull than last week :-(
