I put it later into the wIKI:

we want a single PR for programme
we want a 2-weekly newsletter, send to attendees and put on website
have (free) student afternoon friday after lunch
Arnulf scrools through website and puts it in tickets this weekend 
(3.-5. June)
we want programme booklet. Need for somebody for layout. TA asks former 
chairs who did it for them
offer empty booth to supporters
Codrina writes PR for programme and PR for May's recap
